4 girls in Bootcamp this morning and they gave a good showing. Lots of energy and drive. The last week is where we generally try to push our boot campers to the limit. So today after a a light warm up jog and 25 grueling minutes with Brock I gave them a workout they will not forget! Until tomorrow. 🙂
2 person tire flips( it’s a HUGE tire)
Kettle bell swing with a push up plank. 6 minutes non stop.
To cap it off I made the girls push my car( I know it’s a mini but it is still a car) for 5 minutes and complete 3 sprints.
