I am often confronted with the same few reasons as to why people do not wish to exercise. I don’t have the time. I am lazy. I don’t need exercise. It takes up too much time. I can’t afford it. Just by taking a word out of each of these things people tell me and themselves what they CAN do. I HAVE the time. Next time you tell yourself that you will find the time. Write down along the side of a letter sized paper the numbers 1-24. When doing this write what you do for each of the 24 hours of the day. Yes everyday. I make you a promise that you will not only find time but you will find MORE than enough time to exercise.
Remember if you can manage 15 minutes a day 3 times a week it is better than 0 minutes a day 0 times a week. Trust me it adds up. and while it adds up your waistline and stress subtract down.
I CAN afford it. How much does it cost to do 20 jumping jacks? How much does it cost to do a squat? How much does it cost to go for a run? I think you have gotten my point.

I DO need exercise. Medical and homeopathic and any other kind of “pathic” cannot agree on how to make you well or how to avoid life threatening diseases. But the one thing they all agree on is that exercise helps you stay healthy. If your health is important to you, get moving!
