Morning Bootcamp

So it’s the beginning of a new week and a new month. That means the start of q new Bootcamp. This morning is the busiest we have seen in a few months(5) so expect the evening classes to grow in the the same type of fashion.

The format is changing this week to total body/core instead of breaking it into upper and lower. I have been experimenting with different formats for the past year or so and I think I will give this format a go.

Squat press into bent over row/ deadlift combos, threw in some jump squats, obligatory pushups. Finished with a killer circuit of clean and presses, pull ups, dips and a couple of other fun things.

What should I do tonight with the evening class?
