Morning Bootcamp

What a day to get out of bed! This weather reminds me of London. hahaha! Today i decided to bring a slightly different twist to the core workout. I left out the usual suspects of sit-ups, reverse crunches and planks and decided to do move holistic and multi joint movements where the core was the main player but other groups were involved too. From chopping with the olympic bar in the “land mine” to throwing a water filled stability ball at the floor the girls were pushed to their limit tho morning.3 minutes Breaks (if we can call them that) were given in the form of skipping. Yeah I hear you say”skipping is not a break!!!” Well… IT IS TO ME!!! SO THERE!! šŸ™‚ I have a few more ideas for the groups this evening. Lets see how that goes.
