Total body blitz in the morning!

Firstly I would like to apologize for any grammatical errors or spelling mistakes in this blog. That’s the end of that. 🙂

Unlike yesterday we actually had people show up to our morning bootcamp today. What a boot camp it was!

Circuit training, skipping, lower body tri-sets and lots of hard work.

We started with a round of skipping followed by squat and press, two handed kettle bell swings, push ups and inverted pull ups on the equalizer. We followed that with deadlifts, leg press and alternating lunges. We repeated the above and finished off with another round of skipping.

As simple as it sounds, most of you reading this know how tough it is. And those who are coming by tonight…. GOOD LUCK!
