Bungees are for sprinting!

Good morning all. I hope you had a great weekend and are fully charged for the upcoming week.

What is it about Monday’s that make training so much fun? Maybe it’s because everyone else hates it. I don’t :). It gives me a chance to put people through the circuits and stations that I have been thinking about since Thursday!

Bungee sprints with push ups, kettle bell high pulls with dumb bell shoulder press. A couple of rounds of this finished with a round of pull ups, 1 minute of walking lunges, dips and bicep curls and I could tell the girls wanted to strangle me. But they didn’t (thankfully). They will be singing the praises of Brock and I when they look great at all the upcoming Christmas parties (and weddings 😉 )while others look on and wonder how they look so good at this time of year.
