Good morning people! It’s a beautiful and cool day here in Ajax.
Today I decided to pick on an old friend and useful piece of equipment. The Swiss Ball OR exercise ball as it has become known.
We worked through 5 different exercises stimulating the core using this versatile piece of equipment. Planks, pikes, crunches, Russian twists, and an exercise I don’t have a name for. 🙂
We threw in a couple of rounds of skipping and some medicine ball work too, for good measure.
I have another idea of what we can do with the later group… But you guys are gonna have to wait.
