Halloween workout! Be afraid.. Be very afraid…

4 people turned out for our first Bootcamp of this session. I see a new face and 3 returnees.

With the boxing we kept it basic as it is the start of a new BC. 1s and 2s were the key to the bag work splitting power and speed during the rounds.

The conditioning was also simple, sticking with squats, push ups, inverted pull ups for the first group of exercises with a round of sprinting put in between. The final circuit was lunge and shoulder press, high speed standing rows(bungee), pushup with knee tuck(ball) and pull ups. Had a couple of fast laps in there too to keep the legs alive:)

Simple but effective today.
