Its been a short week for some of us and next week seems like the best time to get started on our fitness goals. I say don’t wait. Get out and get exercising tomorrow. It may not be the sunniest day of the year but it is as good as any for a trail run or or hike! Yes you will get muddy. Does that not make it even more enticing?!?!?!? It does to me.
So if you have a couple of hours spare, grab a like minded friend and go and put one foot in from of the other. You never know, you may actually enjoy it.
